Something old, something new....Nešto staro, nešto novo.......

I wore a new black blazer in my last outfit ( click here) and I'm wearing an old one in this outfit. The brooch I'm wearing is my own creation, made from faux leather and coffee. Yes, you read that right. Coffee!!! I glued coffee beans onto the faux leather base (cut out from a second hand faux leather coat so that's basically triple recycling) and then I decorated the brooch with nail-polish. Usually I don't use glue for DIY projects, but that time I decided to make an exception. How do you like my creation?

Now, I will say a few words about the location because to me they are as important as outfits. You know that I love sharing beautiful places with you. Do you like bridges? If you do, you will most likely enjoy visiting Mostar city. Do know how Mostar city got its name? The noun 'most' means bridge and -ar is a suffix used to create an occupation. You know like suffix -r is added to a verb 'drive' to form a noun 'driver'. So, mostar was a person whose job it was to collect fees from people crossing the brige. Fun fact, ha? There are many bridges in Mostar city and this one you see is called Custom's Bridge. At the very beginning of this bridge, you can see little stations where custom officers were placed.

Nosila sam novi crni sako u prošloj objavi ( pogledajte ovdje), a u današnjoj nosim stari.

  2. Oh I love this outfit, Ivana which reminds me a bit of Clueless. :) Looking so stylish. And this bridge is a great location to shoot. 'Most' means actually bridge in Russian too. Interesting to get to know the story behind this city's name.

  8. I love that you always choose meaningful backgrounds for your photos as I love seeing pretty places as much as I enjoy pretty outfits. Very interesting how Mostar city got it's name. Stories like that are fun. This is a nice looking bridge. Our bridges in NYC don't look so quaint or charming.

I'm ok with selfies in moderation as well but the key is moderation. Yes I have seen some accounts who just post selfies and nothing else and I find it off putting and yes creepy. I guess I try to stick with posting the types of photos that I would want to see.

  13. So those who collect tolls for bridges? Like trolls you mean? Pay toll to the troll and all that :) The coffee idea is genius. If you are ever in need of a little pick me up, soak your brooch in some hot water and voila :) That is a very cute shirt and you look amazing in it. Wonderful to see you in tights once again, dear. Not as fancy as the last set but, with those sexy legs, not really that important :) Still worked so wonderfully for me, dear!! Exactly what I needed to finish my night off, so wow!!

:D Lokacija i fotografije opet pet plus. :*
